Processing Times

All orders will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase, generally it is quicker than this but it all depends on the volume of orders and I want to ensure you get the quality you have paid for.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class, free delivery for all orders within the UK.

​

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard shipping.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Returns and Exchanges

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and return items within 7 days of delivery

I will not be able to accept cancellations, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

Custom and personalised orders unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
