Honey Dot Designs is a Hampshire based small business run by me, Sarah, creator and maker of all things dotty! I have been a stay at home mum to my 2 gorgeous children for the last 10 years which has flown by. While that is still me, once both kids started school I decided that it was time for me to do something a little different and so I returned to my creative roots. 

 

In 2019 I was sat doodling (one of my favourite pastimes!) and I started creating lots of dots and circles in an array of colours and it sort of evolved from there. Every illustration is created using hand drawn dots and circles. What I have drawn so far has either been a favourite animal of mine or the kids, or a request from a friend or their child to see something they love. Gradually I have started making collections, mini beasts, sea creatures, safari animals, garden plants etc. There are so many more I have in mind that will be created at some point!

Everything here is designed by me and each idea comes from one of my original hand drawn illustrations. All of my prints and cards are made by me which means that they can all be personalised with anything, from a name, date or maybe a favourite phrase or quote. I like the idea of making a card or gift personal to you or the person receiving it and therefore creating something a little bit special. Other products have to be outsourced, I wish I could do it all as I am a perfectionist, but we all have our limits! Having said that I make sure that everything is made to a high standard and it is all made in the UK.
